|Subject||Disciplinary measures, Legal representation|
Urgent application for the review and setting aside, with immediate effect, of a ruling of the internal disciplinary panel of the Windhoek International School refusing the applicants’ minor child’s legal representation at a disciplinary hearing. The applicant contends that the nature of the case required the minor to have legal representation in order for there to be a fair hearing. The claim was dismissed on basis of the conduct of the applicants who previously had not insisted upon legal representation.
